Our shipping chart is set up for the UNITED STATES ONLY.
I accept Canadian International orders only, you will be invoiced for seperate shipping charges before your order will ship.
Canadian orders MUST BE PAID ONLINE, I do not accept any international money orders, phone orders or personal checks. They must be paid online through the shopping cart.
When placing a Canadian order when it ask you from the drop down menu for you state, just click any state it will not matter it is only for sales tax purposes. Then when you go to the next page to enter you name and address details you will be able to enter your Canada address without any problems.
Some bigger items may not be available for Canada shipping due to an oversized item, it you have any questions email me before placing the order.
PLACING AN ORDER
Our shopping cart is very easy to use...just click on the different choices you have at each item, then hit add, then you can go over your order by clicking on the view cart button. You can delete items or change quantities before you checkout completely.

We also accept US Postal money orders and personal checks for orders within the United States.
Please read: You do not have to have a Paypal account to place a order. When you click payment by credit card or paypal, you will then go to a page telling you to enter you email address and password for paying with paypal. Then below that it will tell you to click here for paying with a credit card without a paypal account.
~Please note~
If you are going to pay by check or money order, place your order through the shopping cart and select check/money order and the shopping cart will submit your order so I can begin processing it.
I will not be able to ship your order until I receive payment and check has cleared.
If I have not received payment within 14 days
of invoice, the order will be cancelled.
SALES TAX
PA. RESIDENTS - will be charged 6% sales tax.

If paying by check~ ORDER WILL BE held for 2 weeks until check clears. If THE ORDER is HANDCRAFTED ITEMS they WILL NOT BE STARTED until I have received the payment for the items.

me your order and credit card information.

~IMPORTANT INFORMATION~
There may be times that I will have to charge you a extra shipping charge if your order far exceeds the total of the shipping chart amount: sometimes it might cost me $10.00 more that you have paid with your order. Reasons for this is due to the weight of your package, over sized packages, multiple packages in your shipment and your zip code location.
I use USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, and UPS Shipping.
If you do not want you order shipped a certain way let me know in the comments section of the SHOPPING CART when checking out.

My shipping chart is set up for the heavier wood items. If you are ordering light weight items such as homespun items, berry ring etc...you may receive a partial refund depending on you zip code location.
REFUND POLICY
All handcrafted items are not going to be exactly alike. The handpainted items that I make will tell you in the description that they are handcrafted with having the heart and star symbol.
Wood items are sanded to give them more of a antique look.
Many of the items on this site are to look time worn, the wood items may have small knots or cracks, therefore they will vary in color and paint to give them that
primitive and country appearance.
If for some reason you are not satified with your purchase, you can get a refund. The item has to be sent back in original packaging. I MUST BE NOTIFIED about the return before item is shipped back.
Sorry but the shipping charge will not be refunded.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
We do our very best to package your finished items securely before shipping. If you have received a item that has had been damaged due to shipping, I need to be notified within 5 days of the matter. I will not issue any refunds after this time because of damaged items.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
All information that is submitted to our site is confidential and will be used solely for purposes such as payments, email notification to confirm orders, shipping etc.
None of the information that is submitted is ever distributed and/or sold to any one else.
