Average Ship Time on Handmade items~ Updated 9-18-17
Please allow up to 2 WEEKS for your items to be made and ready to ship. All of our handmade items are MADE TO ORDER unless item says ready to ship or is located in a Ready Ship Category.
Ship time depends on the amount of orders I have when your order is placed and the amount of items to be made on your order. Possibly longer ship times in the peak season starting Sept-March.
New Policy effective 2016~ I will NO longer accept orders that the payee name and the invoice name doesn't match. I will only ship the items to the address on the transaction page that is the buyers verified address when the order comes into me.
Many times I ship items that family members have purchased to the recipient for my customers. If you have ordered from me in the past I will continue to do so. Any questions just email me prior to ordering.
Your order will be cancelled due to the following~ Sometimes I have to contact a customer due to for a issue with the order. If you submit phone numbers that are invalid and I am unable to make contact with you through your email or phone calls within 5 business days, your order will be cancelled and the order will be refunded the full amount.
Shipping Confirmation~ After receiving your order I will email you a estimated ship time for your order. Ship time will depend on the number of items I am working on with previous orders and the amount of items on your order to be made.
Additional Shipping Charges~ Our business is based in Pa and shipments going to the west coast may have additional shipping charges once the order is ready to ship. This is due to shipments with high weight due to wood products, box size and your zip code location. I will invoice you if need be when it is shipping.
Multiple Shipments~ Sometimes the amount of items you may order or due to the size of the items may cause your order to have to ship in multiple shipments. If this happens it may make the shipping higher than was calculated. If there are any additional shipping charges I will invoice customer at shipping time.
Ready Ship Items~ These are items may be handmade products that are ready to ship and will ship within 3 business days if they are not ordered with made to order items. This will also include any commercially made items such as battery candles, linens, berry rings etc.
Placing Orders~ Just add products to the cart with quantities and any options you may have for each product. Then you will add your name, address etc and then you will pay with payment of your choice.
Payments Accepted~ Master Card/Visa/Discover/American Express/Paypal/Money Orders and Personal checks. (There will be a 10 day hold on personal checks before I start making products until check has cleared)
Shipping Information~ WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE US AT THIS TIME. Our shopping cart is set up by weight of each item and then the order will be calculated by your zip code location, box size and total box weight. Sometimes the shipping calculator may overcharge and then I issue partial shipping refund after label have been made.
SALES TAX~ Pa residents will be required to pay 6% sales tax.
Shipping Carriers by USPS priority mail, USPS parcel select ground and UPS Ground~ Sometimes you may select to have your order shipped by a certain carrier and when it is boxed possibly due to box size and weight it can ship at a better rate through a different carrier. If for some reason you DO NOT want it shipped a certain way please let me know ASAP. I WILL NOT ship any shipments without being insured even if I end up paying the insurance myself.
Returns~ We strive to have happy customers! If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase we do offer a full refund minus the shipping charges. I MUST BE NOTIFIED THAT YOU WILL BE RETURNING PRODUCTS BEFORE SHIPPING THEM BACK WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Items have to come back to me in good condition as when you received them. They MUST be packed very tightly so they will NOT move in box and damage product.
Merchandise Error~ If for some reason I have made a error on your order it will be my responsibility to replace the item and pay the shipping back to you. PLEASE BE SURE BEFORE SUBMITTING ORDERS EVERYTHING IS THE WAY YOU WANT IT TO BE IN SHOPPING CART. ONCE ORDER IS SUBMITTED UNLESS YOU NOTIFY ME WITH CHANGES ANY ERRORS WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
Damaged merchandise during shipping~ Please notify me within 5 days of delivery if your items have been damaged during shipping. If I am not notified within 5 days of delivery it will be up to you to open claims with carrier for products. Do NOT discard box or contents until claim has been made. On occasion UPS will inspect the box that the products were sent in before they will refund shipping.
